Yep. I’ve already decided to leave the Unit’s trainings and plannings for NPCC. I’m getting really tired from working so hard with little effects being seen. It’s pointless when the others tell you again and again that they will do something, and you don’t see the results as expected. Very disappointing also.
I can’t blame some for doing so, because of school or other commitments. But what I am very upset about is everyone has a common one word, which is “busy” and they push away all responsibilities with a word of apology. And that’s not doing any effect to the current situation.
So I must well leave the scene so to let everyone who wants to rot, to rot.
Other than that, it’s to see people grow independently, though I must say, it’s a very hard way of doing so.
On the other hand, I would want to be more active in HQ and National Level since I’m no longer going to be active at all in the Unit. Although more active in HQ and National Level, it’s better for doing so, because over all, the workload will be greatly lessen compared to being active in the Unit.
So, good luck to my dearest Sec 2 cadets. Hope they become good leaders. And also good luck to the NCOs attached to Sec 2 squad, in becoming more independent leaders, without consistent guidance.
